*How to celebrate your spouse's Birthday on a budget.
-So yesterday was my husband's birthday and I had budgeted in $40 to spend on his Birthday including the cost of presents and our date. I was able to do it all for just under $36 here is how...
-I got him 2 movie tickets to Edwards for FREE (had a referral credit that I used) we are saving these for a different day because there were no good movies playing that we wanted to see.
*Get a FREE Hot Chocolate at Pilot or Flying J using this coupon -Free Hot Chocolate
*Mario Cart Wii Wheel (all I had to pay was $2 shipping, I purchased it through YoYo.com when they were offering there $10 off code)
*Wii game I picked up at Target for just $5.95 (this is normally priced around $39)
*3 books I picked up at the D.I. for just $1.25 for all 3!
*A hoodie, pair of pants, dress shirt, and polo shirt I got for FREE using my in-store credit at Other Mother's quarter sale! (His clothes are pictured towards the top)
*Candy I got for FREE at Rite Aid's Thanksgiving day sale and home-made coupons and birthday cards my son and I made using stuff we already had at home.
-First we went to IHop for a late breakfast. We used our FREE Rooty Tooty Fresh & Fruity meal coupon (me & my husband shared this and ordered waters for free).

*I gave him 2 $10 off your $10 purchase coupons I got in the mail from JC Penny's he used his to buy a new pair of Docker's House Slippers after his coupon and sales he paid $5.29 w/tax for his he saved over $30!
*He gave me the other $10 coupon to use and I picked up 2 maternity shirts for just $2.06 with tax, I saved over $70 on this purchase!! Between the 2 of us we saved over $100 on the items we bought!
-Next we went to Wahooz to use his FREE Unlimited pass we shared the 30 tokens playing games and used the tickets to get our boys some small prizes for free then my husband enjoyed the go-karts.
*Sign up for Wahooz Unlimited Pass!
*Our next stop was Desert Book Store. I got this $5 off any purchase coupon in the mail this week and my husband picked out this book for me that was $4.99 so we only had to pay .29 cents tax after our $5/1 coupon!
*We headed to Tucanos for a very delicious dinner. They made him stand up while they sang happy birthday to him :) We used our BOGO coupon that we got in the mail from signing up for Tucano's Birthday Club! All we had to pay was $20 which was well worth it, this is both of ours favorite restaurant.
*Grand total spent on all the presents and the days adventure (including our JC Penny shopping trip) was $35.84! Not bad considering we got to go out to a fancy dinner, shopping, to Wahooz, and the cost of all the gifts I got for him.
