Do you include the cost of buying the coupons from either newspapers subscriptions or a clipping service into your total grocery bill after tax? For example, if I spend $15 on coupons from a clipping service, then I would technically add that back to my grocery total. So instead of my after tax grocery total saying $100, it would be really $115. Am I right?

Or the cost of ink and paper for printable coupons?

Also, have you found it easy to still eat healthy? I find that most things that are on sale are junk food and snack items.

i attempted to clip coupons for betty crocker, etc. to see about how long it would take and decide on doing your blog thing. Could you answer one question? The web page goes directly to the HTML is not loading, etc. and then it says I've maxed out my coupon printing! I want to do this, but don't want to pay and then not be able to print! it also doesn't acknowledge the fact to download the coupon printer. ahh...if you could help, that would be great.

Yes it actually does include the cost of my coupons. I made money on my coupons even after I figured in the cost of my coupons, so it was definetly worth it!

Actually I get all kinds of foods, even healthy food for very cheap. My mom can't have foods with MSG so I do buy healthy foods. There are actually a lot of coupons for organic and health foods.

During this huge sale the Betty Crocker and all GM coupon sites were down due to so many people printing at the same time. I told my customers to print a week in advance so they were able to print their coupons before that happened.
