My Walgreens Trip
-Needed some gifts and I knew I'd be shopping at Fred Meyer's this week to get some cheese so I planned on getting some gifts and groceries I needed at Walgreens so that I could use my RR at Fred Meyer's. I scored some really great deals, here is what I got and how I did it...
SPENT: $29.75 (plus I still have $20 in RR to use on my next trip) so just $9.75 after RR's back!
SAVED: $54.70
ITEMS PURCHASED: 21 Items
(I got 2 jumbo packs of Walgreens Diapers, 12 bags of Holiday M&M's, 2 packs of Schick Disposable Razors, Schick Quattro Razor Refills, Veet Waxing Strips, Wet Lubricant, Almay Mascara, and packaging tape)
*My total was almost $60 after Walgreens sales/discounts. Here are the coupons I used...
-$2/1 Waglreens Diapers coupons & $1/1 peelie mfg. coupons
-$2/1 and BOGO for the Schick Disposable Razors (using these for a gift)
-$2/1 mfg. and $2/1 walgreens coupon for Schick Refills
-$1/1 mfg. and $1/1 Walgreens coupon for Almay (using this for a gift)
-$1/1 mfg. coupon and in-ad coupon for .99 cents price for packaging tape
-$1/2 Mars Holiday Product coupon for the M&M's (using these for gifts)
Total of $27.99 off in coupons
*Here are the RR (Register Rewards) I got back...
-$2/1 from Diapers

$6/1 from Lubricant (wedding gift)
-$2/1 from Schick

$5/1 from Jingle Cash from spending over $30
Total of $20 back in rewards to spend on my next shopping trip!!
(Normally I would do separate transactions and try to leave with only 1 RR left over but I wanted to do it all in one to get the extra $5 in Jingle Cash back. Was hoping for a $10 back since my total was over $50 before coupons but apparently it goes by price after coupon :( but I'm still happy with my total.)
